• Design: Includes 4 balconies, 2 detailed railings, and decorative cut-out windows for added charm. Does NOT include accessories 
• Material: Crafted from natural plywood for a durable yet lightweight structure.
• Assembly: The dollhouse arrives flat-packed, ready for you to assemble. There will be 9 timber pieces, which have been precision-cut using our laser machine.

Why DIY?

We’ve chosen to ship the dollhouse as a DIY kit to significantly reduce postage costs. While most parts should slot together effortlessly, please note that because we use natural timber, minor variations such as slight twisting or warping may occur. You might need to sand or gently apply pressure to fit certain pieces into place. For added strength, we recommend using wood glue to secure the pieces during assembly. 
Please Note:

• This is a fragile item and needs to be treated accordingly.
• Supervision is recommended for gentle play from children.
• To ensure stability, we recommend using adequate double-sided tape to secure the dollhouse to your chosen surface. Please follow the wall care instructions.
